About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I'm an English teacher living in Beijing with my wife, who needs to apply for a Z Visa.

Will we be able to do this in South Korea? Or do we have to go to Hong Kong?

I think it's easier to apply for it in HK than South Korea. Those who apply in South Korea must present their ARC cards (valid more than six months).
