About:China Student Visa

Can a U.S. citizen get an X visa in Hong Kong?

My daughter is currently visiting Beijing on an L. She would like to apply to a colleged to study Chinese. The school will provide all the required government paperwork, but can't convert her to the X locally. With all the changes to the rules, is it possible for her to get her student X in Hong Kong, or is she going to have to fly home to the U.S.?

Hi, your daughter is able to get it in HK as I know. She can also apply through a travel agency if necessary.
