15 overstay in china

if a 96 year old person overstay in china for over 15 years can this person go to jail and if there is a fine how much will it be.

Hi, I am not sure about the detention for an old person in this case. According to the regulations, persons who overstayed for a long time will be detained for no more than 15 days, and he needs to pay fine about RMB 10,000, then be issued an exit visa for leaving.
