About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Is it possible for me to apply here in Tokyo or I will apply in Philippines?

Hi Im from Philippines, I am a long term resident of Japan. I am planning to visit China for sight seeing just for 3 days. I would like to apply a Chinese visa here in Tokyo but i will depart from Philippines to China.

Both are ok actually. If you will return to the Philippines and stay for more than a week, then you are suggested to apply in the Philippines. Application in Tokyo should be done through a travel agency, so extra service fee will be charged.
