About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

My Question is do i Need a visa to Visit Hongkong?? What exactly do i Need?

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a Philippine passport, but i leave in Germany and would like to travel Hongkong as a Tourist for 1 week.

Nope, you can stay here with your valid passport for 14 days at most.
