Question

My name is Otto Evjenth and I have been cooperating with All China Women Federation and the Natilonal Center for Educational Technologies of PRC for the last ten years to develop educational solutions to meet with  international demands. I have had several multiple ones to PRC since I was the advisor for social development for Nina Kung Wang (Little Sweetie) in Hong Kong and I travelled with her to PRC until her death some years back. I have worked extensively with Madame Wang Ping who was the Secretary General of  China Women Development foundation and have now been requested to particiapte in and makle a presentation in connection with a conference on an initiative to develop a university for elderly in PRC. It is, due to the charracter of my work in Italy not possible for me to go back to Norway to apply for a one from there within the event  and meetings in PRC which wil take place during the period Movember 1st to November 7th and then over ferquent periods over the year to come. I am expecting to have a letter of invitation within the next few days and will have to travel from Lucca to Rome to submit my application. For how long do I have to wait in Rome for one. If I am not able to wait, may I mandate a family membre to pick the Visa up for me??Yours sincerely Otto Evjenth

Yes, you can ask your families or friends to pick it up. It usually takes four working days to handle applications. If you are in a hurry, you can use rush service or express service which enables you to collect it on the second or third working day after your submission. Of course you have to pay extra money for the service.
