About:Beijing Weather

I will be vising China from 16/10 upto 23/10 what will be the weather, should I take warm cloth

is it going to be a storm or typhoon?
what is your suggestion to take taxi from beijing airport to hotel , do drivers know english?

What place do you want to visit?
Generally speaking, the warm clothes are not necessary. The thin coat and T-shirts are enough. If you want to visit west of China, the thin sweaters can be prepared. There is no typhoon then.
