turkish citizens can get a visa from hong kong to go to beijing?

Hi. i am a turkish citizen travelling as a tourist in Hong Kong. Can i get a visa to travel to BJ and Guilin from Hong KOng? IS there an office that provides this kind of services and if there are how long it takes? Is it safe to leave my passport there and how much does it costs

You can apply from the Commissioner's Office of China Foreign Ministry in HK SAR. Address:3rd Floor, ChinaResourcesBuilding, No.26, Harbor Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong SAR Regular processing takes 4 working days, and fee is HK$200 for a single entry. BTW, it is safe to leave your passport in this office.
