About:Visa on Arrival

Turkish passport holder

Hello, I am a Turkish passport holder planning to visit Hong Kong. I would like to ask about the success rate of obtaining a Visa on Arrival (VOA) for Turkish passport holders.
I understand that Turkish passport holders are not eligible for the 240-hour transit visa, and even more, are not eligible for an individual tourist visa. However, I have not been able to find clear information about the VOA. Is there any possibility for Turkish passport holders to obtain a Shenzhen 5-day VOA?
Thank you very much.

Yes, there is the possibility but it's not guaranteed.

It is better no to try to obtain a VOA as a Turkish citizen because the chances of rejection are very high. Your attempt will almost certainly end up as a disappointment. You do not need it. Hopefully the China will introduce relaxed visa or visa free transit approach for Turkish citizens in the near future, but the suggestion for you is to refrain from trying to obtain a Shenzhen VOA.
