About:Beijing Subway Maps

Visiting Beijing in Nov. and what to wear and how to reach the Forbidden City

Hi! We will go to BJ on the 19th of November. What should we wear? We are also staying at Beijing Olympic park boutique hotel. Is that far from forbidden city? How do we get there using MTR?

It is suggested to take your thick sweaters and down jacket.
Your hotel is in Changping District, right? If so, your hotel is very far from the Forbidden City.
From your hotel, you can take a taxi to reach Tiantongyuan North Station Station where you can take the subway line 5 to reach Dongdan where you can change to line 1 to reach Tiananmen East Station. Then you can get out of the station and walk to reach the Forbidden City.
