can i get a visa within one day in Bangkok also have valid thai visa/work permit?

I think you can apply for it but no one guarantee that you ill get it there successfully. If you have time, I think you'd better apply in your own country.

Sorry, I don't think you can make it just in one day. There is a rush service at the embassy, which makes you can get it on the second or third working day after your submission. However, you have to get approved by the embassy for using this rush service. Besides, you have to pay extra 800 Thai dollars.
