Flight booking for domestic kunming/Lijiang

Question 1 - flight tickets

I am from Malaysia, if I were to book a domestic flight via china guide for Kunming/Lijiang, how are you going to issue the air-ticket to me, you will issue an e-electronic ticket or how? If via the e-ticket, where my booking once confirmed via your website, you will issue the confirmation no., flight no and I only need to print the a copy of the flight confirmation and will the flight itinerary be emailed to me later? Kindly advise mode of payment, I can pay via credit card? Or you will need to sent a hard copy to us via the hotel upon my arrival in kunming. Kindly advise.

Question 2 - train tickets
If I book via china guide for train booking ticket from Lijiang/kunming, I understand there is no electronic e-ticket issued but tickets will either be sent to my hotel or I have to personally collect it from the train station. If I were to collect personally at the train station, which train station should I collect from and what is the operating hours for collection of train ticket from Mon-Sun?
If I prefer to be sent to the hotel, how much is the delivery charge for ticket for 2 train tickets?
