About:Shanghai Trains

Shanghai to Hangzhou & return.

Visiting Shanghai Oct want to make side trip to Hangzhou.
1) Shanghai to Hangzhou : a) Kindly advise by train type, where to where, time schedule,time taken & cost. b) Also by long distance bus or Express bus.
2) Same for return Hangzhou to Shanghai.
3) Is there a direct shuttle, long distance bus from Pudong Int'l Airport to Hangzhou & return? What are the time schedules, time taken & costs pl?

1. There are regulare bullet and high-speed trains from Hongqiao station, South station, and Shanghai Railway Station to Hangzhou East Railway Station. they are from Hongqiao leaves every 10 minutes from 06:20 to 21:00. the fare is CNY77.5 for a second class seat of the high-speed train and it takes 50 minutes, and CNY48.5 for a second class seat of the bullet one and it takes 1hour and 20 minutes.
express bus is available from Shanghai Long-distance Bus station and the South Long-distance Bus Station. the bus runs every 20 - 30 minutes. it takes about 2 hours and costs CNY68.
2. the situation is the same for the return trip.
3. direct shuttle bus from the pudong airport to Hangzhou is available. the bus departs at 08:40, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, and 20:00.
it takes 3 hours and costs CNY100 per person.
