I have a Chine Visa with 2 entry each entry stay is 10 days valid till 2013/12/24

If I stay 13 more days in PRC on the first entry instead of 10 days what happens to me on the day that I need to exit and do I face any penalties and what are these penalties?

The light punishement is a warning. If serious, you will be fined CNY 500 per day (CNY 1500 for three days) or detained for 5 to 15 days. And it might affect your future applications for Chinese visa.
