About:China Transit Visa

Transit Visa question, please help me

Hi, I'm married to a British Citizen but I still hold a Philippine passport. We are going to the Philippines and there is a stop over in Beijing for 10 hours. We are planning to just spend some hours outside the airport till we board in for the connecting flight. Do I still need to apply for a transit visa even we are just going to spend couple of hours outside the airport?

You don't have to apply for the visa but you need to apply for the stay permit when you land at the airport. Don't worry. It's just a stamp on your passport.
