Does a Russian Passport Holder needs visa entering Macau?

Hi, I'm a Russian passport holder, we are having our vacation in HK but since that Macau is just near in hk we would like to visit the place using ferry, do i have to need one in entering MAcau? how will i get it and what are the requirements please.
