i am rabbit & he is rabbit yet our relationship is really bad ,why is it?

We have been together for almost 4years, he has treated really bad by hitting me,I have tried to help him with his drinking problems but it has gotten worst,I have but up with  it for so long that I even gotten him out of jail once, I have tried to tell him to leave me & my family(baby boy ,my little girl and my older daughter) I own a store and I am buying two apartments (by myself at the same time) told him that he can have one apartment, I have told his family members to stop him but it didn't work. I am afraid that he might attack my family, I tell him to back off but he never leaves me alone,even I don't feel safe at home anymore. But now it's different I  am going to fight back because am tried of being pushed around.
