About:Marriage Registration in China

If I recently was divorced from a Chinese woman.

If I was recently divorced from a Chinese woman, do I have to get a Single Certificate? I am single and currently living in the United States. I want to marry another Chinese woman. What documents are required to get married again?

Yes, sure. You should provide a finalised divorce paper as proof of single status for marriage registration.
