About:China Postal Service

Package says "awaiting airline space" since Aug: 4RB543289169CN

My package was sent on Aug 2 and the tracking says it is still in china? Can you please help I contacted my local po and they say it has not reached south Africa yet.
Can I contact china post to get a refund?

Sorry there is still no uopdating, except the information on Aug 5. Here is the hotline of China Post: 11185
You can dial and consult them, but you cannot get the refund.
