2 rivers 4 lakes cruise online order

Question

I have tried to book the night cruise online on a website (Chinese only)It was easy to fill all the required fields using the translator, but my request was rejected, and I cannot understand what is written there. (3 adults, 19:50, September 22, pay by paypal, ID- 8-digit passport, telephone). Can you please tell me what is wrong there? Thank you

It should mean that for your cruise ot 19:50 on Sep. 22. You need to pay through paypal and they also need your numbers of passport. If you have problems, there is must number on the website and you can call them to consult.
