About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

I want to buy a beijing smart card, but the issue is that no one speaks english, so no one can understand

The problem is that no one speaks english, I don't speak chinese, how can I be understood whether I'm buying the smart card or asking for directions

Hi, as I know, there are service office for Smart Cards at each MTR stations. You can just go to certain MTR station to consult the staff to get that directly. Besides, there are marks or signs in English in the subway stations. Don't worry!

You better have installed translator application in your mobile that helps a lot to survive in Beijing or China. That's it.
