if the company normal invitation & confirmation letters are enough?

I am hoping to visit for 5 days (End of this month) for the company visit and business negotiation with the China Company. I have already received the Originals of the invitation letter and the confirmation letter of the host company. But I want to know, Is necessary to fulfill the getting approved invitation and confirmation letters from the Duly Authorized unit? Please aware me immediately.
