About:

can you please advise what the benefits of business class tickets are for the bullet trains?

Are there any luggage handling services, VIP areas in train stations etc? Thanks

I did not find any difference on handling the luggage and the waiting area.
As far as I know, the difference is the room on the train. The business class seats enjoy much more room than other seats.
