About:China Visa on Arrival

can I get voa at luohu border from Hongkong to Shen Zhen

Hi, am indonesian passport holders, then from Shenzhen I'll go to Chang Sha, I have an invitation from Chinese company.

No, it is available for you. BTW, if you will visit Changsha as your final destination, you should apply for a business visa directly in Indonesia.
