Taiwan and Canadian passport holder entering China

I am a Canadian citizen but I was born in Taiwan so I hold both a Canadian and Taiwanese passport. I was wondering if I had to apply for a tourist visa in Taiwan with my Taiwan passport or am I able to apply a tourist L in Canada using my Canadian passport?

Thank you in advance

Hi, you are suggested to apply with your Canadian passport through a travel agency or airline company in HK.
