Do i need Transit Visa for Hong Kong with Cathy Pacific from Karachi, Pakistan to Ningbo?

hi i would like to know about transit for Hong kong, i am planning to travel with Cathy Pacific from Karachi, Pakistan to Ningbo,i have to stay 5 to 7 hours in Hong Kong for my next flight to Ningbo, my flight route is Karachi to Hong Kong than Hong Kong to Ningbo, i have already Chinese Residence permit , so could you guide me do i need it or not ? if yes so please guide me which documents I need for applying for it. thanks
