ReplyYou can submit your application to CVASC in Madrid. Office Address:C/Agustín de foxá No. 29, 4°piso A,28036 Madrid.
Make an appointment first at CVASC's website for submission. For tourist L application, original passport, passport data page(copy), resident permit of Spain, round-trip ticket and hotel reservation are required. Regular processing takes about 5 working days.00Reply
