Can my daughter drop off and pick up the application for me at the consulate? And what is the cost for a single and double entries fee?

You need to submit your application to CVASC in Calgary. This can be done by your daughter if you do not have time to visit the centre in person. But make sure do an online appointment at CVASC's website for submission of your application. Fee is CAD 50 for a single entry, and CAD 75 for a double entry. Additional service fee charged by the center is CAD 31.5 for regular 4 working day processing.
