I can just tell you it is not a bad university and the medicine there is comparative good. It is a famous university locally.For the language, they provide major MBBS course in English, so I do not it is a problem. Buying gadgets is not a big problem in that city, because the living expense is not very high in that city. These are all I knew aobut that university and hope it can help you.
