my sister in law is traveling to singapore from the united states for business, she wants to visit us in Beijing for a couple of days. If she books her flight from The US to Singapore and then return from Beijing to US (taking a 1 way flight from Singapore to Beijing in between) can she qualify for the free entry? Or will she be sent away at the airport?
