Are there still 'Service & Delivery Fees" if I book inperson at a train station?

Should I wait to by my sleeper tickets from Shanghai to Beijing once I arrive in China? I have a few days before that trip.

If you buy the tickets from the railway station, there is no service charge. But I prefer to book the tickets in advance. The agent will prepare everything for you. You don't need to queue and wait for a long time, just for one ticket!
