About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does Hong Kong count as another country/destination?

Hello: Please tell me if this qualifies for the 72 hr. visa free: Washington D.C. to Beijing then to Hong Kong.

Yes, as long as you have the connecting air ticket and valid visa for HK (if necessary).
