Is Original copy of Visa going to the 3rd country destination required for transit passengers?

Sorry to repeat the question, I am asking about the visa that I will show at the immigration when going to the next destination(for example, Dubai Tourist Visa). Also, do you require eye scan on tourists? Though, I'm only a transit passenger.
