Generally, the route you list can be good. It is not far from one to another destination. You can easily catch a bus to reach or taxi can be mostly used. You can take a bus at TJ Long-distance Bus Station to Beijing. It is at Hebei District. However, it is much less convenient than train, because your last destination, Haihe Tour, is much closer to TJ Railway Station. As for seafood, I highly recommend Beitang Seafood Street to you.
