tourist l application after my study in shanghai

Question

I was studying in Shanghai for 7 months but the program included + 3 months in Florence.  I will be done with my studies after Florence but I need to go back to Shanghai to pick up my belongins that I left there and I would like to stay there for 2 weeks as a tourist then move back to Canada.  The additional form is only for people applying for a working visa or for a student visa, should i submit that form in blank?

No, it is not necessary for you to fill the supplementary form B if you apply for a tourist L or short term F (less than 6 months) for study. But if you apply for student X type, you should fill it (section B) for application.
