You can prepare the required documents and apply from the consulate in your consular area. You may find a travel agency to do this for you since the application is really complicated.
Required documents: a filled application form, a recent passport size photo, a passport that is valid after your visa expires (if you are granted with one), round-trip transportation proof (for example, air tickets), hotel booking bill, travel itinerary, travel insurance (its value should be more than 50000 Euros), previous visa records to Western European countries, property certificate in China, financial proof, orginal and copy of your household book.
