About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

if you are departing from China via terminal 1 of Pudong airport, where do you change CNY/RMB/Yuan to US Dollars?

is there a currency exchange service in terminal 1 departure area? what documents do they ask to change RMB to US Dollars? THANKS!

Yes, you can find many place to exchange your money. At Gate 8 to 9 of Departure Hall and Gate 10 to 11 of Arrival Hall, you can find place to exchange your money.
No documents are required to change your money.
