About:China Transit Visa

Do I still need to apply for hongkong transit visa in this scenario?

I am travelling from Kathmandu, Nepal to Taiwan via Hongkong on 9th August 2013 and returning back from same route on 16th August. I have transit at hongkong for less than 2 hours (in both ways).

Yes, you need to apply for it in advance, a double entry if you will transit in both ways.
