Hi, you can take Tsuen Wan Line at Tsim Sha Tsui Station to Yau MA Tei, where transfer to Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon Bay Station. Get out from Exit A and you can walk to Telford Plaza. I remember there are free shuttle buses at the underground to KITEC. Upon arrival there, you can easily find the Star Hall.
