We'd like to visit the opening ceremony of the Weifang Intl Kite Festival in 2016.

Where can we book tickets (if any) and see the itinerary of this event?

As I know, the online reservation service is not available. You can buy the tickets when you arriving there.
The festival will be held from April 16th to 21th, 2016 at Fuyan Mountain Flying Field.
