According to the news on the internet, the international kite festival will start from April 20 at Joy Sea Scenic Area, Binhai District. You can purchase the ticket when you arriving there.
As I know, the 2018 Dragon Boat Festival was held in Bailanghe Scenic Area, Binhai Development Zone. You are suggested to keep attention to the latest news.
