You need to apply through CVASC for tourist L. A single entry is enough. For tourism purpose, Tourist Agenda, hotel booking and round-trip ticket, Personal Written Statement are required. I am not sure if you are working there, there is possibility that a Certification letter from your employer is required. You can also contact CVASC directly for more details.
