About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

What should I do? I'm overstaying here for almost 1year...

i want to go home..what china government agency I may go?

You need to report yourself at the local police station. I am afraid that you need to pay a great deal of money and as punishment for your overstay. You also face detainment. After that, you will be deported. I think you may contact the embassy of Philippines for help.
