Visa for family dependents

You need to apply one for family visit purpose (a special L type one). The documents include: your passport with a validity of at least six months and at least two blank pages, a completed application form stuck with a recent passport size photo, the original and copy of the Kinship Certificate (the Birth Certificate or the Marriage Certificate), invitation letter and a Personal Written Statement (with details: destination; name, address and contact number of relative in the PRC).
