can i renew my passport if i holding f visa in beijing?

Yes, you can renew it at the embassy of Philippines in China. You need to get back your old one and bring it together with your current one when getting out of China. Some people said it's ok to use both old and new ones together. However, some other people said the visa would expire when you get the new passport. I think you may contact the local entry and exit management bureau to confirm this in case you meet some trouble when you leave China.
