About:Shanghai Transportation by Air

IS There any Foreign Currency exchanging facility available at Pudong Airport for USD to RMB?

Certainly. You can easily find Bank of China and SH Pudong Development Bank at T1 and T2. Besides, there are ATMs for currency exchanging.
