This is the year for snake, how dose it look for dragons in this year?

I was born 11/05/1976. I'm not in a relationship at the moment will there be any chance this year? I want to start a family soon. They is also a drawing competition should I enter, what about fortune and work...is it a good year also? Thank you for your time.
