I am from the UK and my wife is Chinese

We have a three month old baby with a British passport. We want a Chinese visa for myself and our baby and we are currently in Spain. Can we apply here without going back to the UK?

Hi, resident permit of Spain is required if you want to apply there. So if you do not have it, you have to go back to UK for application.
