If i buy a ticket from you (Shanghai to Ningbo (Return)), where can i collect?

I arrive from Bangkok at 4:15pm and would like to get the ticket from Shanghai to Ningbo 8pm. Where do i get the tickets from at the station? Will you meet me there or do you have an office there?
