About:China Train

If i buy a ticket from you (Shanghai to Ningbo (Return)), where can i collect?

I arrive from Bangkok at 4:15pm and would like to get the ticket from Shanghai to Ningbo @ 8pm. Where do i get the tickets from at the station? Will you meet me there or do you have an office there?

You could collect the tickets are the window if you have already booked tickets.
