No, you have to apply for it from Pakistan. And for work purpose, you should provide work permit and invitation letter for application.

Actually I have both these things; work permit and invitation letter for application duly issued by my employer. I know I have to go back to pakistan, but unfortunately I dont have sufficient time, niether budget.So I want to apply for Z (work). now please tell me that can I apply to the embassy from here in Bangkok?
